Welcome to 911Command provided by 911 Command LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using our emergency incident management application, available at 911Command.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern 911 Command LLC's relationship with you in relation to this application. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our application.

License to Use

- You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, or services obtained from the application.
- Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any 911 Command LLC server, or the network(s) connected to any 911 Command LLC server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the application.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any 911 Command LLC server or to the application, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
- Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the application.
Account Sharing Policy
The services provided through 911 Command LLC are intended for use by the individual subscriber only. Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing their login credentials (including username, password, or any other authentication methods) with any other individuals or entities.
Each subscription account is designated for the exclusive use of the subscriber who has registered and paid for access. Any unauthorized sharing or multiple-user access through a single login constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in the suspension or termination of the subscriber’s account without refund.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action if account sharing is suspected. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms and commit to ensuring that your login credentials remain confidential.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: The application and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of 911 Command LLC and its licensors. This agreement does not transfer from 911 Command LLC to you any 911 Command LLC or third party intellectual property, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with 911 Command LLC.
Restrictions: Subscribing to or using our application does not convey ownership of any intellectual property rights in the application or the content you access. You may not use content from our application unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
User Responsibilities
You acknowledge that the application is a tool and that the effectiveness of this tool is contingent upon proper and responsible use by trained professionals. As a user, you are responsible for the decisions and actions taken or not taken involving the management and communication of emergency incident responses.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 911 Command LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
911 Command LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this application, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Amendments to Terms
911 Command LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
